I think my recipe is better:
1 kilo lienpo- cut into 1/2 inch slices 1 big tomato - cut into 8 pcs 1 clove garlic- minced 1 red pepper- cut into big cubes 3 TBSP shrimp past or alamang bagoong 1/2 cup cooking oil
Heat cooking oil in a deep pan, pour in meat and stir fry to drain fats out and become golden brown, pour in the garlic, stir fry for 2 minutes, then pour in the shrimp paste, stir fry for 5 minutes before pouring in the 2 cups of water and let it boil. When turn to low heat to simmer for an 45 minutes or till the meat is tender. pour in the red pepper and stir untill the juice is almost dry. serve hot!
