I recommend the following cookbooks. One is "The Philippine Cookbook" and "The Food of the Philippines" both by Reynaldo Alejandro. I consider these books my bible. Mr. Alejandro did publish another cookbook with Lily Gamboa O'Boyle which is an excellent book but a tad expensive.

Another is by Elenor Laquiran and Irene Sobrevinas. I don't have their cookbook and don't recall the title. I've had no luck locating this particular book (B&N, Borders or anywhere thru the internet brought up nothing), so I'm counting on a reprint.

I would've typed up some of the recipes on your list but my allergies do not allow me to do so. Maybe when I'm feeling better. :)
