1 package bihon or canton 1 medium size carrots cut into strips 1 medium size sayote cut into strips 1/4 of large size gabbage cut into big strips 1 head of onions cut into squares or 5 pcs. shallots cut lengthwise 3 cloves of garlic 1 can swanson chicken broth (or more) 5 tbsp soy sauce (according to taste) dash of black pepper pinch of aji no moto (msg) optional) 10 pcs of shrimp (shelled) 2 pcs. of chicken thigh cut into strips or 1/2 pound pork cut into strips 5 pcs. fish balls cut crosswise 2 pcs. kikiam cut crosswise 1 green onions cut crosswise
DIRECTION:
1. In a wok or big pot sautee garlic and chicken and shrimp. Add the soy sauce, msg., and black pepper. Cook until a little bit brown. Add the onions and cook a little bit.Pour the chicken broth and let it simmer. 2. In a separate pan soak the bihon for 3 minutes. Add it to the simmering chicken broth.add more soy sauce for desired taste. When its half cooked, add the kikiam and the fish ball. add more chicken broth if desired.Add the sayote (cook a little bit) the carrots and the cabbage.cook until well done. add the green onions at the last minute of cooking for aroma. Enjoy!
