ALOHA!!! HEre are the ingredients for your request: oil, garlic, achuete, tripes, vinegar, Kosher salt/pepper.
Palambutin mo ng kaunti ang tripes para madaling i-cut into bite size. Saute it sa Canola oil, garlic, achuete, tripes until golden brown, 1/8 cup regular vinegar - wag mong hahaluin para maluto ang vinegar pag kumukulo na lagyan mo na ng tubig, depends sa dami ng gusto mong maging sabaw, timplahan mo ng salt and pepper to taste. Let it boil until tender na ang tripes...pag kulang pa ng vinegar, dagdagan mo na lang sa pang taste mo. ( Normally, when I cook something with vinegar, nagpapakulo na ako ng vinegar para sure na luto na ito bago ko itimpla sa lulutuin ko). hope you like it!!!! By the way, are you from BAtangas???

Yo! Thanks for your response! I'm actually from san pedro, laguna. When we visited our cousins from Sn. Luis, Sto Tomas, they served us this recipe. By then I wanted to know how to cook it.
