I just found this Pan De Sal recipe...really easy to make as far as I read so far.
"Pan De Sal"
1 loaf frozen white bread dough
1/4 cup fine bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
Thaw bread dough in room temperature
On a lightly floured flat surface roll dough to form a cylinder about 2 inches in diameter.
Combine bread crumbs and salt. Roll bread dough in bread crumbs.
Cut into 1-1/2 inches pieces. Lay cut out side in greased (pam spray) cookie sheet.
Cover with dish towel and let rise in warm place for 1 hour and 15 mins. Preheat oven at 400' degrees F
Bake rolls for 15 - 20 mins. or until golden brown.
I know there are other Pan de sal recipes out there...might just keep looking.
